You’ll need 200 SEED Points to take the exam, but your points will only be deducted after you pass. You can take this exam by going to St. Eliza at the Rigbarth Outpost.
Requirements
The Crafting License is available early in the game. To unlock it, you need to do the following: Once that’s done, you can now take the Crafting License Exam for 200 SEED Points.

Crafting License Uses
After passing the exam, you can now buy a Crafting Table at Studio Palmo. The required materials are:

Raise your crafting level by crafting all sorts of things either through experimenting with different materials, or hunting for materials needed in recipes.
